Form Submissions

When you submit a project enquiry or order form, we collect the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, business name, service preferences). This information is used solely to deliver your requested services and will not be shared with third parties except where required to fulfil your order (e.g. domain registration or email setup).

Payments

We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store or process your credit card information on our servers. All payment data is securely handled by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.

Domain and Email Setup

If your package includes domain registration or Gmail alias setup, we may collect your preferred email alias or domain name. This data is used solely to configure your requested services and will only be shared with trusted providers such as domain registrars or Google Workspace.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string (hash) created from your email may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website may be able to download and extract this data.

Cookies

If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience and last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we’ll set several cookies to save your login details and screen preferences. Login cookies last two days; screen option cookies last a year. Selecting “Remember Me” will keep your login active for two weeks. Logging out removes these cookies.

If you edit or publish a post, another cookie will be stored in your browser indicating the post ID. This expires after one day.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the third-party site directly. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with their content, especially if you are logged in to those services.

We only share your data with third parties where necessary to deliver the services you request (e.g. domain registrars, Google Workspace, Stripe).

If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email for security purposes.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely for moderation purposes.

For users who register (if applicable), we store the personal data they provide in their profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except usernames). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
