Custom Digital Services – No Standard Returns
Because Synergise Spark is a custom digital service (website, logo, hosting, and setup), we do not offer standard returns or refunds once work has started.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and request a refund only if no work has commenced.
If you cancel:
Before any work begins: A £50 admin fee will be deducted from your refund.
After work has started: A partial refund may be offered based on how much has been completed.
After Project Start
Once we begin the design, setup, or hosting process, refunds are no longer guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.
Details of what is included in your package (such as logo concepts and revisions) are defined in our Terms of Service.
Faults or Errors
If there is a clear error in delivery (e.g. broken website or missing files), we will fix it free of charge. This does not constitute grounds for a refund unless we fail to resolve it within a reasonable time.
