Custom Digital Services – No Standard Returns

  • Because Synergise Spark is a custom digital service (website, logo, hosting, and setup), we do not offer standard returns or refunds once work has started.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and request a refund only if no work has commenced.
  • If you cancel:
  • Before any work begins: A £50 admin fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • After work has started: A partial refund may be offered based on how much has been completed.

After Project Start

  • Once we begin the design, setup, or hosting process, refunds are no longer guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.
  • Details of what is included in your package (such as logo concepts and revisions) are defined in our Terms of Service.

Faults or Errors

  • If there is a clear error in delivery (e.g. broken website or missing files), we will fix it free of charge. This does not constitute grounds for a refund unless we fail to resolve it within a reasonable time.
